Understading what skimming and scanning mean is important, but the more important thing is you apply these two strategies to your actual reading. So ,today with the questions on the handout, we will practice more about scanning. Rememver, when you scan through the text, you have to keep the key words in your mind and look for the text checking if it has the wods/ or informtaion you are looking for.

I agree with the statements meaning. There are lots of mistakes in the sentences themselves - are these typing errors or did somebody other than the teacher write this? If your teacher wrote this Andi it has been copied word for word and letter for letter then you need a new teacher.
