Classifying

In the sentence, " I dreamed a quite dream last night" would the 1st mention of the word dream be the prepostion and the 2nd the verb?

I'll let GG's advice stand, but we say "quite a dream."

That was a great fight. That was quite a fight. (Don't ask me why.)

Oops. I misread it as "quiet." I'm not sure what a quiet dream was, but I just figured calm and soothing.
