Classes os job interview

Hello folks,

I've written more two paragraphs about jobs interview (my last task from English class). I'll be very thankful with suggestions and corrections.

It is possible to split the jobs interview on two classes at least: ones that are did by psychologists and others ones which are conducted by specialists of the job area. In general there is a strong disgusting about the interviews done by psychologists. In general, this kind of professional either does not know anything about the type of work developed by employees of the company or does not have enough knowledge about the job area to ask to the candidate specific questions with respect your skins. In this case, the jobs interview constitute a dreadful experience for the interviewees.

The interviews which are conducted by professionals of the specific job area are more interesting for the well prepared candidates. In general, this kind of interview comprises technical questions, tests about the employees skills, and many others techniques for to trace an abilities workers sketch.
