Clarification

This is said during the present after the agent told me that the booking was non-refundable. And I reply with:

1. I'm sorry but it wasn't me who made the reservation and I will dispute the charges with my credit card company if it goes through. Or

2. I'm sorry but it wasn't me who made the reservation and I would dispute the charges with my credit card company if it were to go through. Or

3. I'm sorry but it wasn't me that made the reservation and I will dispute the charges with my credit card company if it were to go through.

Can all three be said? Or only 1 and 2? Is it okay to mix tenses here?

Thanks!
