Claimability

How common is this word? I would like to use it in a sort of legal context: "claimability in terms of sec.... para...." (if the contractor has a claim to receive the said remuneration).

Thank you!

Hi, A quick Google search suggests it's not common at all. Have you seen it much in legal contexts? Perhaps you can just form a sentence with the adjective 'claimable'?

May be: "Eligibility to claim in accordance with sec... para..."? It's a title.

Hi,

Sounds better.

How about 'Eligible claims under section . . . '?

It sounds good but it is more concrete: Which claims? It should be more general. Thank you!

"Eligibility to claim under sec...." seems to me a good choice.
