Claim insurance how you say it

My Cell phone, a Nokia 6600, was stolen in Delhi at Adarsh Nagar on 13th Januray 2005. I had gotten insurance for it so I made a claim under the insurance to get it reimbursed.

Don't state the obvious.
Just say
eg My cell phone, a Nokia 6600, was stolen at Adarsh Nagar in Delhi on 13th Januray 2005. I had insurance for it so I made a claim.
