Circulating and Circulation

Could you use circulating and circulation like this?

1 My blood is circulating very fast because of the running I've done.
2 My blood circulation is going very fast because of the running I've done.

Question :

Is it true that if you've been excersing and want to go to sleep straight after, that you can't sleep because your blood is circulating very fast.

Why do parents ask their kids not to get all excited and not jump around before bed then?

1 and 2 are correct. However, I think we talk more about the pulse rate than the circulation speed when describing this. As to horsing around before bedtime, I think you've answered your own question.
