CHURCH DONATIONS
I need to compose a letter to a harsh business man. My church has bought property from him @approx. $350,000. The church wants to refinance a newly constructed sanctuary that costs us $3.2 million and wrap all the loans together. The finance company has told has that we need to reduce our debt by $150,000 in order to qualify for the program that will reduce our total monthly payments by almost $20,000. Due to the economic condions, members losing their jobs, and some transition in members,and non-tither's, we are becoming dangerously close to operating in the RED.
I would like to submit a request to the land owner requesting he donate a portion of the land ($150,000) we bought from him to the church to assist us in reducing our debts. We have taken other measures as well including lay-offs of adm. staff, and eliminating other ministries.

I think the reason why no one has replied is that you haven't really given us any English text to edit or correct. You have to write the letter yourself first before we come in.
