I have seen in a dictionary that 'Christmas' is both countable and uncountable..

In such sentences as :

'We wish you a merry Christmas', 'May all your Christmases be white', etc.

if I understand well, 'Christmas' is countable...

In what meaning is it countable, and in what is it uncoutable..?
