chosen

When somebody choses somebody for any aim, is the latter the former one’s chosen? At least according to my dictionary, he/she is a chosen or choice. But choice can be the decision itself as well, not only the chosen person, and I would like to use an unambigious word. And what is the plural form? Chosens? For e.g.: He lets his chosens have everything.

"chosen" can be used as a noun to mean a person who is chosen, but it is not common. "the chosen" can be used in a plural sense. The plural "chosens" seems to exist but is even more unusual.

Thanks, then: there is a story about a goddess who takes care of a group of people. She makes some seeds to grow into continually yielding trees. So I would say that she makes up a living for his chosen ones(?).

She gives sustenance to her chosen ones. Yes, that is perfectly OK.
