Chopstick

How would you give a measure word to the word chopstick? Do you say "a pair of chopsticks" , "some chopsticks" or "two chopsticks" , can the word be precceded by a number, "five chopsticks"? thanks a lot.

Hello Guest I think you can say either "five pairs of chopsticks" or "five chopsticks". When you say "five chopsticks", most people (at least people who know how to use chopsticks) will take it as "five pairs of chopsticks". paco
