Choppy legs, greasy fast

Hello,

Could someone tell me what "choppy legs" are?

The context is as follows: "She's got the broad choppy legs of an athletic boy."

I've got also a problem understaning "greasy fast".
"He was greasy fasy with a gun." I suspect that he was very fast, but I couldn't find the definition anywhere.

Thank you

Choppy legs is an expression invented by the writer. Probably it is an illusion to the shape of lamb chops (a cut of meat). Greasy fast is also invented.
