chop, dice, cut, slice, mince

I cut vegetables for my mom.

I mince vegetables for my mom.

I chop vegetables for my mom.

I dice vegegables for my mom.

I slice vegetables for my mom.

I cut/mince/chop/dice/slice carrots, onions, beans for my mom.

Please correct my sentences. Also please give me some idea to use properly the following words : cut, mince, chop, dice, slice.

We don't mince vegetables but the others are all ok, but cut doesn't sound entirely natural.

Slice - cut into slices

chop - no real info on how we are cutting them

dice - cutting into small cubes.
