Choosing wrong sentences!

Please check whether the following sentences are right.

[1] She must be burning up in this heat.
[2] She must be burning up in heat like this.
[3] She must be burning up in heat this time.
[4] The shipment this time must be delayed.
[5] A shipment this time must be delayed.
[6] Shipment this time must be delayed.

I think [5] and [6] are wrong sentences.
