Can you help to solve these questions?



Choose the correct alternative. In some cases, both or neither are correct.

a- 'what's wrong?' 'I've been hurting / I've hurt my arm.'

You don't need a continous tense to express a short action, the duration thereof you don't want to emphasize.

«I've been trying / I've tired to phone you all morning.»

Here you probably want to emphasize the duration, so use continous.

And try to do the others yourself.

a- the wrong is "I've been hurting".

b- I've been coming.

c- Have you run?

d- I've been buying.

e- We've finished.

f- Both are correct.

in question "d", there is no choice named "I've bought".

Theres are just "I've been bought" and "I've been buying".
