Choose ones between skirts and trousers?

Please look at the following sentences.

"The National Human Rights Commission of Korea on Monday recommended Asiana Airlines allow female flight attendants to choose between skirts and trousers"

Can I put "ones" between "choose" and "between" in the sentence above? Because in normal I use such expression. I want to know whether my expression is right.

"The National Human Rights Commission of Korea on Monday recommended Asiana Airlines allow female flight attendants to choose ones between skirts and trousers"

Thank you for your answers in advance.
