What's the correct choice? I think 'After' and 'On' are correct.

Thanks, there is a rule in my textbook saying that we can replace when+past simple by on+v+ing but I think we can use on+gerund/n? Am I right?

Yes, but to my ear 'on' more strongly suggests 'immediately after with no delay'.
