The first one is answered in my book 'Each', I think both 'Each' and 'All' can work. What's your opinion?
The second's answer is 'half' but can't we use 'both' here too?
The third one is 'every', I can't understand why it is 'every' not 'each'
The fourth is 'all' but I didn't get the meaning, can anyone explain it, please?
