What you may say is: "I won't be spoken to like that, (name of the other person)". Is this what you meant?

Note that "have you seen" in this context implies "somebody sees you".

I won't have you invited to the party. = I will not allow you to be invited to the party.
(I don't want anyone to invite you to the party.)
Note that "have you invited" in this context implies "somebody invites you".

I won't have you treated badly. = I will not allow you to be treated badly.
(I don't want anyone to treat you badly.)
Note that "have you treated (badly)" in this context implies "somebody treats you (badly)".

In each case the verb after "have you" is transitive.

have you treated badly > someone treats you badly

This is impossible with the verb talk because talk is intransitive. You can't say that someone talks you. (You can say that someone talks to you, but not that someone talks you.)

I won't have you talked implies someone talks you, which is impossible. Therefore, the expression I won't have you talked ... is impossible. It is equivalent to equally incorrect combinations like I won't have you slept or I won't have you swum. (Here again, someone sleeps you and someone swims you are nonsense sentences.)
