1. Question: I know one sentence or word (?) in German is "Nice to meet you". I don't know if i should use 'sentence' or 'word'? What's their difference? I know their difference grammatically, but i am not sure if they mean the same thing in conversation.

2. She _____only three months when i saw her. A.had married B.got married C.had been married I may choose B. Hope you can explain it to me.

With 2, you need the past perfect. You saw her is in the past tense, so you need past perfect to show it happened before that. Had been married.
