I know this might sound dumb, but how am I supposed to describe a depression that's long been suppressed and acculmulated? (I don't even know if "accumulated" should be proper here) Can I say "pent-up depression"? As the dictionary indicates, pent-up means being long held within something or a person such as volcanic energy.
