Choice, alternative and option

What is the difference between "choice", "alternative" and "option" ?

If I say I had one alternative, then it probably means I had two choices or two options and if I say that I had no alternatives, it probably means that I had only only one option.

But what does "I had no choice" mean ?

Does it mean that I had only one option ?
