--- Does it mean that after eating a small piece of chocolate one has enough energy to walk 150 paces?

Hi I would understand that to be short for 'chocolate chip cookie'. The sentence says that the cookie provides you with enough calories to walk 150 paces I have my doubts about that. Depending on the cookie, you might have to walk further than that to burn it off My guess is: chocolate chip cookie, at least 60 calories To burn that off: slightly more than half a mile, walking Dave :-)
