BW, we've said this before.

If you hear it on TV, then tell us what was happening.

For example, three girls were in a restaurant having lunch. One of them is talking about her boyfriend...

Or... the mother and father are in the kitchen when the son comes in the door very angry, talking about his brother...

I came across the word "chizain" when watching the movie "Madagascar" where the giraffe uses it when she see the "wild" of Madagascar as opposed to the zoo in Manhattan.

'Off the chizain' is probably a slangy modification of 'off the chain' in the same way that 'for shizzle' is a modification of 'for sure'.

'Off the chain' = 'off the leash'; unrestrained; wild; crazy; amazing. It usually has a positive connotation, e.g. That party was off the chain!
