As we all know, China has gone though a massive transformation over the last century. Mao came and overthrew the century old imperialism and since then country has undergone massive changes. Skyscrapers, advanced technologies such as magnetic levitation train and major companies have sprung up in major cities across the once impoverished country. It's quickly becoming one of the major economies in the world and countries are going to have to deal with it because it's here to stay. The olympics, which is just a month away, is a great opportunity for the nation to signal to the world how modern it has become and it will send a clear message to every country around the world that it means business.
