Yes, I think that structure is OK, but it would be quite unusual. I don't think you have a good understanding of 'chill out', which is usually used in some unapproving sense: 'Chill out! You're getting too wild for this party'. 'I've been working 18 hours a day for two weeks now, and all I want to do is chill out in my chalet.'
