Children's education

It is important to ensure that children with a wide range of abilities and from a variety of social backgrounds mix with each other at school. To what extent do you agree and disagree?

It is believed that school children with various talents should study with one another at school, no matter how different their social backgrounds are, which I personally believe is totally favorable and reasonable to do.

To start with, it is indeed undeniable that a socially mixed school which teaches children with all kinds of talents has more educational values than a normal one, because I notice that each individual has his own weaknesses and strengths, and children therefore need peers with different abilities to help them to develop their talents as well as improve negative points. For example, I am not numerate enough to finish a Math exercise and that is why I always have trouble with Maths. Fortunately, there appears a number of classmates who are gifted at Maths that have been extremely helpful to me to crack every Math problem effortlessly.

Otherwise, besides the above perspective, I assume that should school students study with friends who are from various backgrounds in society and have the diversity in abilities, they will benefit a lot due to these following reasons. First of all, all children will be treated fairly, as I think once they unite, they are likely to be outgoing and well-behaved with all of their friends, despite their poverty or wealth. Accordingly, rich students will no longer be disrespectful and needy ones will also not be ashamed of their social status which results in their durable friendship. Second of all, it seems to me that governments would need to spend more money on school constructions if children with each kind of ability and background were separated. Thus, the idea of getting all of them together in a school is an ideal decision to save up for their budgets.

In short, I fully approve of the viewpoint that children with diverse talents and social backgrounds need to be given the chance to study together in a school.
