Childhood obesity is attributed to various factors. One main cause of this is that children eat too much fast food. It is because parents do not have time to cook meals. Therefore they buy takeaway for their children. Furthermore, children spend too much time playing computer game , watching television and so on rather than doing exercise.

There are a number of solutions to help reduce childhood obesity. For a start , parents should spend time cooking meals and not buying takeaway . Secondly, there should be limit time on computer because spending too much time playing computer game not only makes children inactive but it can make them addicted to computer as well. Thirdly, it is essential that children should do more sport at and after school ,and i am of the opinion that it is the best bet to help reduce obesity.
