0 Hi Antonia, 02br 00It must be based on Aztec/Inca cooking (I forget which) I make a dish using minced pork, minced beef, sultanas and unsweetened chocolate,& it is very good. The chocolate gives a unique taste, and increases the richness of the dish. 0-
