Chicago 'slanguage'

I believe it was Rey who mentioned (on that 'other' thread!) a girl he knew on Paulina Street here in Chicagoland, and I decided to do some looking around on the Net at the way English is spoken in this part of America. Paulina Street even gets a mention at this site:

I think I was just being too lazy to type the 'a', as I think I do normally say 'around' rather than 'round'.
