Hi.
if a text reads:
'It is the opponent's pawn weaknesses that make a successful pawn storm possible.'
it means pawwn weaknesses are the only thing tat determine the success of a pawn storm?

It doesn't determine success, it just makes success possible. Just because something is possible doesn't mean it will happen, you still need to be able to do a **** storm successfully. In other words, other things besides the opponents pawns could ruin a **** storm, for example, the opponents other chess pieces or if you are checkmated.

No. It means that if there are no weaknesses in your opponent's **** structure, your **** storm will fail.

If you opponent's **** structure is not weak, your **** storm will fail. BUT, if your opponent has a weak **** structure then you have a chance of making a successful **** storm. It is a chance, so it is not certain that it will succeed.
