(chess) already

Hi.
What does the comment to a move reading :
White has already lost, but this move leads to a comic finish?
mean?

Thanks in advance

White is in a position where he must lose. This move leads to an end to the game that is very amusing. It's hard for me to think of an end situation in chess that can be described as amusing.

Doesn't the statement acknowledge that White's position is hopeless and he will lose no matter what move he makes. However the particular move he is contemplating will lead him to losing in a comical fashion - without dignity

Are you unsure of the use of Doesn't in this context?
Doesn't is asking the question of the statement and acknowledging the hopelessness of White's situation.
If you wish to write it as a sentence about the match then "White is now playing from an unwinnable position and he will lose no matter what move he makes. However the particular move he is contemplating will lead him to losing in

But I see no question mark.

My apologies Soheil1 - In my haste to reply I omitted the question mark. Does it make sense to you now?

No.
My whole problem is that why did he say 'White has already lost' and not 'White is lost'?
