Cherries/supplement like KM

Hi

According to a certain psychic there are some foods that aid and balance the function of chakras. For example, some fifth chakra food are:

- ginseng

- reishi mushrooms

- bananas

- supplements like KM (a natural mineral supplement derived from plants). I suppose that KM is some abbreviation. Do you know what it means?

- cherries (I know there are sweet cherries and sour cherries. If somebody says just cherries does it mean that he/she thinks of both types?)

Yes there are the sweet ones and the sour ones.

I was just curious if somebody says "cherry" in English, is he/she thinking of a sweet one or a sour one.

Thanks

I too had never heard of a "sour cherry", even though there's a whole Wikipedia article about them (which says, incidentally, "Before the Second World War there were more than fifty cultivars of sour cherry in cultivation in England; today, however
