SIR,
We would like to inform you that as per your payment agreement we promised in our supplier we will issue there cheque in last month but we cant able to keep our promise because you hold our payment, so we requesting to you please release our first two cheque (Cheque Number 896277,946194 The Amount is 450,000/-& 200,000/-Dhs) in this days and other one cheque (Cheque Number 946199 The Amount is 200,000/-Dhs) with in this week.
Also we would like requesting to you issue our due amount 411,987/-Dhs With dates not more then 120 Days.
