Cheers .....

May I write "cheers" in the end of application or email? Does mean friendly?

Please give me some example, thank you !

As well as being something people say when proposing a toast, 'cheers' is also a more informal/friendly alternative to 'thanks' in British English... Don't use it in an application email though as it's too informal! In an informal email between friends it's okay though.
