I'm at a beginnger level.

How fun is it for Robert and Shanon! They have moved into their dream apartment which they saved for, for 8 years. Already at the entrance to the apartment they discovered that the door handle is loosely connected. Robert calmed Shanon down that this is just a minor problem that will cost only 50$ to fix.

But then Shanon turned on the hot water heater and the electricity in the entire house was cut off. If that is not enough, she also discovered dampness under the sink.

When Robert went out to the porch he felt that the rail is not sufficiently reinforced. Robert woke up from his nightmare, got out of bed and saw Revital happy and the house sparkling.

How great it is that Shanon took her friend's advice and called an expert engineer for defects inspection.
