Check translation please.

My friend is musician writes song and lyrics in russian. But he wants to sell abroad this song and that's why he translates it in english. He asked me to show on this forum his translation. Maybe, he should look for a poet who knows english much better?

Difficult to breathe, but I keep trying.
And thoughts crawl like cockroaches. Oh, please let me glue.
While in my hand the gun,
While in my head the sun,
I have no fear, and nothing will misdirect me.
While in the back with wind,
While we are of one mind,
I know who I am and I feel most happily.
