So, I requested for for an replacement which was duly accepted but you have taken a long time to initiate replacement and as a result ebay ended this transaction and refunded my money. However, I still want a new product without any defect and I also want your assurance about after sales service about this product. Also, I want to be sure that next there won't be such delay, if any problem arises or I send you this product for servicing. please replay me soon.
