Yup.

Use "either" rather than "neither."

"It's not investing my time" would be clearly understood in a casual conversation. It's a shortened version of, "It's not an example of me / my investing my time."

You might consider something like, "It's not challenging, and I don't feel that I'm investing my time wisely."

The closest I could come to that would be, "It's not challenging, nor is it investing my time," or "It's not challenging; neither is it investing my time."

Goodman "Neither is the job challenging nor worthy of investing my time"
Hi, Goodman. Somehow I have a problem with "It's not worthy of investing my time." I'm struggling to put my finger on it.

It's not worthy of [an] investment.

It's not worthy of my investing my time in it.

These don't bother me.

Neither / nor
Either / or

They go hand in hand to be grammatical.

"Neither investing my time" seems to have no meaning in my opinion....
0
Neither is the job challenging nor worthy of investing my time".

Ok, I give it a shot on the explanation......
How about rearranging it this way for discussion purpose" neither is this job a challenge [to me] nor worthy of my time. Challenge - a noun
Worhty of investing my time - noun phrase -

I'm fine with "It's not worthy of my time."

I'm not fine with "It's not worthy of investing my time."

I'm fine with "She's worthy of my caring for her."

I'm not fine with "She's worthy of deserving my help." Aha! I think I've got it. My caring; her deserving. Hmmm. Maybe not.
