Check this sentence for me please

The variations of illuminance and received power might be different in the amount, but their changing patterns depending on the angle are the same.

Is my sentence grammatical correct? Does it make sense to you? If my sentence is wrong, please correct it for me.

Thank you.

Sorry. It doesn't make sense to me, especially the last part. I think you want this for the first part.

thank you!

in the second part, I meant that the way the variations of illuminance and that of received power change depending on the angle are the same, i.e., where the illuminance increases is where the received power increases, where the illuminance remains the same is where the received power remains the same, and where the illuminance decreases is where the received power decreases.

It seems to me that you're saying this:

The variations in luminosity and received power may differ in amount depending on the angle of incidence, but received power is always in direct proportion to luminosity regardless of the angle.

I really think you want 'luminosity'. 'illuminance' is not a very frequently used word for the scientific concept of luminosity as far
