check the sentences please

Hi,

Please check the sentences which some are given as clues.

Above Seoul, there is a small city called Euijungbu.

Most of my body consists of waterly element.

I always stand on the crossroad or the crosswalk.

There are a small office and some persons. (Shouldn't it be 'is' if we want to follow the convention?)

This is a public transportation.
