Well,it's ok,neither I am a native speaker but I teach English,so,as far as I know there's nothing wrong with it

It's okay grammatically. If someone has never heard of Microsoft, they may not know that "office tool" today really means "computer program" and not, for example, a stapler or three-hole punch.
