2. What is the singular and plural forms of this word?

Also, I'd use "welcome" vesus "welcomed" (the state of your being here, versus the action of welcoming you), but that also could be regional.

If I want to rewrite the sentence following your suggestion, shoould it be like this?

I want to let you know that you will be welcome when you decide to come back.

Does the underlined part suggest/imply the state of being here? Or is it implying the action of welcoming him?
