First I thank who opted multi factor promotion criteria and gave chance to majority to compete for promotion in next grade instead of the previous year’s policies, whose sole objective was to promote favorites and relatives. I hope in recent promotion process you have opted multi factor meritorious practices as this job demands.
However I still dissatisfied with the resulting outcome for following reasons:
1. Factor criteria and their weight age
2. Departmental available vacancies not announced before process.
3. Available vacancies not grouped for contending candidates on the basis of the required skills
4. Same test paper/questions repeated for many days for the contesting candidates that mean last test takers have the advantage
5. Assessment/test results not announced as per testing category and as a whole
6. Some candidates transferred before promotion that mean favorites are being adjusted
7. Interview marks are not communicated / announced.
8. Overall marks obtained by the candidate were not communicated / announced.
9. Eligibility marks for the vacant post.
10. Promotion Letters issued in many installments that mean some manipulation.
Sir, if all this whole process is based on merit and fair principles may I request you that the company announce/communicate the merit list of all candidates for the satisfaction of all.
