"We actively work towards sustained growth of human capital by proselytizing the replacement of antiquated learning practices by constructive novel formulas that are more conducive to growth."

I constructed this sentence. Though, I am not sure it's 100% grammatically correct. Plus, I want feedback on the usage of words and their suitability. Should I use it as it is or make some changes?

Should "formulas" be replaced by "methods", "antiquated" by some other word, and "novel" by new?
