check the following sentences

Hi teachersI would appreciate if you could check my sentences-you should do it as if it were the last time you'd do it-you should do it as if it were the last time you did it-you should do it as if it were the last time you do itI don't know wether they are all correct or not....could anyone help me out on this?

In my opinion, only your first example works.

The second one is okay, but I don't think it says what you mean. I take it as, "Do it the same way you did last time."

The last one is not grammatical. One you didn't try is, "You should do it as if it will be your last time."

I don't find that there's any satisfactory way of saying this!

I'd say:
You should do it as if it were the last time you were going to do it.
Or:
You should do it as if you were doing it for the last time.
