Hi There,
Are these sentences exactly same meaning please?
“I am going to ask you to help me.”
“I am going to ask your help for this.”
Cheers
Hi, Both of these sentences have the same impact on the person you are directing them too. They both mean the same thing, however the second sentence is more specific. By saying "I need your help with THIS" it is clearly showing the other person what you need there help with.

If it is already clear what you need help with then the first sentence is completley fine.
