Top answer

I would prefer: We’ve asked our Company Secretary to apply to ACRA for an extension... "an extension of 1 month for filling (due on 31/08/2008) of AGM" doesn't make sense. Should "filling" perhaps be "filing"?

  • I would prefer: We’ve asked our Company Secretary to apply to ACRA for an extension...
  • "an extension of 1 month for filling (due on 31/08/2008) of AGM" doesn't make sense.
  • Should "filling" perhaps be "filing"?
  • Even with that change, "filing of AGM" doesn't make sense.
  • You could file a report of the AGM, or the minutes of the AGM, or something like that.
