How to encourage yourself not to eat much.
Can I say this? Is it correct?
Thanks

It's not a sentence, for starters, and therefore need/should not be terminated with a period, but if it's the title of a set of instructions or guidelines, it would be better expressed as "How to encourage yourself to eat less" or "How to encourage yourself not to eat too much."
