I wrote: I installed illegal software. My PC leaked information.
My client asked me to correct the first sentence. So I did: I installed authorized software. If so, I should have done as well for the second one: My PC is safe.
(I installed authorized software. My PC is safe.)

The correction in the first one has made a correction in the second one. And such correction is not only one in the document. I'm going to say:
Some corrections have developed more in their(?) preceding or following sentences.

Is this odd?

Mister Micawber Yes, Write (if I understand your point): Some corrections have led to others in the preceding or following sentences.
The client's request has led me to correct more sentences, not only the sentences that he or she pointed out. Yours says so, too, and I believe it's very okay. Thank you!
